摘  要:目的:运用品管圈方法提高矫正胎龄<34周住院早产儿经口喂养率。方法:按照PDCA原则拟定改善步骤,根据现状制定目标,采用原因分析、对策方法、效果评价等程序改善住院早产儿喂养现状。结果:品管圈实施后组矫正胎龄<34周住院早产儿的经口喂养率从27.45%提高至71.15%,实施前后组经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈实施后组圈员在自信心、解决问题能力、团队凝聚力、责任心、积极性、成就感、沟通协调能力、品管手法8个方面的能力均有所提高。结论:开展品管圈活动有利于提高住院早产儿经口喂养率,减少鼻饲管喂养时间。Objective: To use quality control circle method to improve the oral feeding rate of hospitalized premature infants with corrected gestational age 34 weeks. Methods: Improvement steps were formulated according to PDCA principle,an objective was established according to the current status,and cause analysis,countermeasures method and effect evaluation etc. were used to improve the feeding status of hospitalized premature infants. Results: After implementation of quality control circle,the oral feeding rate of f hospitalized premature infants with corrected gestational age 34 weeks improved from27. 45% to 71. 15%,and through comparison of the groups before and after implementation,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After implementation of quality control circle,the personnel in the circle improved their confidence,problem solving ability,team cohesion,sense of responsibility,activity,sense of achievements,communication and coordination abilities and quality management methods. Conclusion: Carrying quality control circle activities could increase the oral feeding rate of hospitalized premature infants and reduce the time of feeding through nasogastric feeding tube.
