摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸联合康惠尔溃疡贴用于压疮的治疗及护理效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2017年2月收治的压疮患者60例,随机将患者等分为对照组和观察组。对照组行单用溃疡贴护理,观察组行艾灸联合康惠尔溃疡贴护理,对比两组临床疗效、护理总满意度评分及生存质量。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛、配合度、心理满意度、平均满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生存质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合康惠尔溃疡贴用于压疮治疗及护理中可提高临床疗效,增加患者护理总满意度,优化患者生存质量,值得推广。Objective： To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with Comfeel ulcer dressing for the treatment and nursing of pressure ulcers. Methods： A total of 60 patients with pressure ulcer who received treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with ulcer plaster alone,while the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with Comfeel ulcer dressing. The clinical curative effect,nursing overall satisfaction score and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The pain,coordination,psychological satisfaction and average satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of survival quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion combined with Comfeel ulcer dressing in the treatment and nursing for pressure ulcers can improve the clinical efficacy,increase the overall satisfaction of patients for nursing and optimize the quality of life of patients. It is worth promoting.
