摘　　要：介绍涤棉粘筒子纱染色,采用节能减排染整加工工艺,包括松式络筒、精炼处理、还原染料染色、染皂同浴(分散染料染色与还原染料染色后皂煮同浴法)和柔软整理等。通过制定各项工艺配方、条件、流程和注意事项进行试验。结果表明,此工艺染色的纱线耐升华色牢度、耐日晒色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐熨烫色牢度、耐漂色牢度和耐丝光色牢度均符合色织整理的标准,同时,染色纱线的筒差、层差、缸差均≤0.5级,且色泽鲜艳漂亮、质量稳定。Cheese dyeing of polyester-cotton nien yam blends used energy-saving, emission reducing finishing process which included loose bobbin, refining treatment, vat dye dyeing, soaping bath （soap boiling after disperse dye dyeing and vat dyeing） and soft finishing. The test of Cheese dyeing of polyester and viscose blends was through formulating the process recipes, conditions, process and precautions. The results show that the dyeing yams of the process＇ s sublimation fasmess, sun-resistant fastness, color fastness to soaping, perspiration fastness, rubbing fastness, ironing fastness, resistance to bleaching fastness and mercefization fastness met with dyed finishing standard. Meanwhile, the tube difference, layer difference, cylinder difference of dyeing yam were 4.5 to 5.0 and they had bright and beautiful color and stable qualities.
