摘　　要：目的探讨ELOCK引流管固定器在妇科恶性肿瘤患者腹腔镜术后的应用效果。方法选择本科2015年1月-12月108例恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者,遵循自愿的原则按手术时间单、双日分为观察组56例,对照组52例,观察组采用ELOCK引流管固定器固定引流管,对照组采用缝线固定引流管;比较两组引流管脱出率、活动时引流管口皮肤牵拉疼痛程度、患者舒适度、患者及医护人员对引流管固定方式的满意度。结果观察组引流管脱出率低于对照组,活动时引流管口皮肤牵拉疼痛程度轻于对照组,舒适度高于对照组,患者及医护人员对引流管固定方式的满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异均均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用ELOCK引流管固定器固定引流管,可有效降低引流管脱出率,减轻患者活动时引流管口皮肤牵拉疼痛程度,提高患者舒适度,提高患者及医护人员对引流管固定方式的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of ELOCK drainage tube holder in gynecologic tumors patient after laparoscopic sur-gery.Methods 108 malignant tumor patients with laparoscopic surgery were recruited from January to December,2015.According to the oper-ation time of single, double day patients were divided into the control groupand observation group with each group 56 cases.Control group andobservation group respectively used sutures and the ELOCK drainage catheter holder to fixed drainage tube.Compare the drainage tube exodusrate, the pain caused by drainage tube, the comfort, the satisfaction of the patients and medical staff with the fixed way of drainage tube. Results The drainage tube exodus rate of observation group is lower than the control group, the pain of observation group is fighter than the controlgroup,the comfort level is higher than the control group,patients and medical staff satisfaction is higher than the control group.All the differ-ences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of ELOCK drainage tube holder, can effectively reduce the drain-age tube exodus rate and the pain, improve patient comfort and the medical staff satisfaction of drainage tube fixed.The application of ELOCKdrainage tube holder worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
