摘 要:为探究一种平行圆盘磁流变剪切屈服应力测试仪的磁场特性,结合磁路欧姆定律和安培环路定理介绍该测试仪的磁路组成,并在ANSYS软件中对磁路进行了磁场仿真;然后对该测试仪的磁场均匀性、磁场强度以及测试精度进行了实验分析;仿真结果表明,工作间隙的磁场强度分布基本均匀,且随着励磁电流的增大而增大,当励磁电流为3.0A时,工作区域的磁感应强度可以达到0.9T;实验结果表明,该磁流变剪切屈服应力测试仪能满足磁流变液特性测试的需要。In order to investigate the magnetic field characteristics of a disk type shear yield stress measurement instrument, the magnetic circuit composition of the measurement instrument was introduced based on Ohm' s law of magnetic circuit and Ampere circuital theorem, and a simulation of the magnetic circuit is conducted in ANSYS firstly;moreover, the experimental analysis on the uniform/ty of magnetic field,magnetic flux density and measurement precision of the instrument is performed. The simulation result shows that the magnetic flux density in the working gap distributes uniformly and increases with the increase of the exciting current, the magnetic flux density in the working gap can reach 0.9T under the current 3.0A; the experimental results show that the shear yield strength measurement instrument can meet the needs of the measurement of magnetorheological fluid characteristic.
