中医社会认同度调查问卷的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的:制定针对我国居民的中医社会认同度调查问卷。方法:采用文献检索法及Delphi法确定中医社会认同度调查问卷的几个维度,根据问卷的设计原理与方法,将该问卷几个维度设计成相应的问卷条目,形成初稿。应用初稿进行预调查,采用统计学中的信度、效度检验,对调查问卷初稿的条目进行修改,形成正式稿。结果:形成包括就医习惯、中医认同度、中医利用度、中医需求度和中医知识来源5个维度、共34个条目的调查问卷。结论:制定的中医社会认同度调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可用于我国居民对中医认同度的现况研究。Objective To develop a questionnaire of the Social Identity in Chinese Medicine for Chinese residents. Methods Several dimensions of questionnaire were established by information retrieval and Delphi method. Several dimensions of the questionnaire were designed into corresponding questionnaire entries and form the first draft accord to the design principle and method. The draft for pre - investigation of questionnaire entries were modified for formal draft by the test of statistical reliability and validity. Results A total of 34 entries of the questionnaire in five dimensions were formed on Medical habits, recognition, utilization, needs and knowledge of Chinese medicine. Conclusion The paper has a good reliability and validity. It can be used in our country residents of the social identity questionnaire in Chinese medicine were existing circumstances research.
