摘　　要：于俊生教授临床经验丰富,擅长从脾论治慢性肾脏病,认为脾虚是慢性肾脏病的病机关键,治疗过程中需注重调补脾气。笔者分别从于俊生教授治疗慢性肾炎、肾病综合征、慢性肾衰竭的经典医案,总结其从脾论治肾脏病的经验。Professor Yu Junsheng has extensive clinical experience. He is good at treating kidney diseases from the spleen, and he thinks that spleen deficiency is the key of the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease. So we must keep the spleen strong when we treat kidney diseases. The author summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Yu in treating kidney diseases, i.e. chronic nephri- tis, nephrotic syndrome and chronic renal failure from the spleen.
