城乡一体化与生态文明建设的若干思考

摘　　要：近代以来城乡之间大规模的单向流动使我国城乡差距越来越大,而改革的深入发展让我国进入了以工补农、以城带乡的新阶段,城乡一体化的生态文明建设得以可能。城乡一体化的生态文明建设需要统筹城乡规划建设、统筹城乡产业发展、统筹城乡资源配置、统筹城乡环境保护。只有城乡统筹发展,生态文明才能实现全面均衡,经济社会才能实现可持续发展。The large-scale unidirectional flow between urban and rural areas in modern times has made much more gaps between urban and rural areas,and the in-depth development of reform has allowed China to enter into a new stage of nurturing agriculture by industry and urban areas helping rural areas. Thus,it is possible to build the integrated urban and rural areas＇ ecological civilization. Urban and rural integration of ecological civilization construction needs to coordinate urban and rural planning and construction,urban and rural industrial development,urban and rural resources allocation,urban and rural environmental protection. Only when urban and rural areas develop coordinately can the ecological civilization achieve a comprehensive balance,and the economic society a sustainable development.
