基于数据挖掘方法对李丽芸辨治不孕症的临床用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:分析李丽芸教授辨治女性不孕症的用药规律,总结其对本病的临床辨证论治思路。方法:通过文献检索、方药检索、专家阐释、类方查找、专家认证过程,对其临床验方进行方理及类方比较研究,应用频数统计、Apriori算法等数据挖掘方法对其治疗的137例不孕症病例数据进行关联分析。结果:在对742张处方统计分析中发现,使用频率最高的方为8、3、1方,补血药、补阳药、活血化瘀药物使用频率最高>10%,30~40岁患者常用25、19、2方,排卵障碍患者常用19、16、26方,月经期擅用10方,卵泡期擅用3方,黄体期擅用8方,并挖掘出8个常用药对。结论:李丽芸教授辨治不孕症重视肾与命门,次及脾胃,以肝为先天之思路,善用分期、分时结合治疗模式辨治。Objective： In the study,Professor LI Li-yun medication rules in the treatment of female infertility was analyzed, and her clinical thinking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation was summarized. Methods： By information retrieval,prescriptions retrieval,expert interview and expert certification,we studied Professor LI＇ s most common prescriptions in principle-method-prescription-medicines and similar prescriptions comparison. Meanwhile,frequency statistic and apriori algorithm were adopted to do association analysis in Professor LI＇ s 137 cases of infertility.Results： The statistical analysis of 742 prescriptions of Professor LI showed that： No. 8 prescription,No. 3 prescription and No. 1 prescription were used mostly; Blood-replenishing medicine,yang-tonifying medicine,and blood-activating and stasiseliminating medicine were used mostly,the frequency of which were more than 10%; No. 25 prescription,No. 19 prescription and No. 2 prescription were used mostly in the treatment of the infertile patients,whose age were between 30 to 35; No. 19 prescription,No. 16 prescription and No. 26 prescription were used mostly in the treatment of patients with ovulation disorders; No. 10 prescription was used mostly among patients in menstrual period; No. 3 prescription was used mostly among patients in follicular phase; No. 8 prescription was used mostly among patients in luteal phase; there were 9 Chinese herbal pairs were used mostly in Professor LI＇ s prescriptions. Conclusion： Professor LI＇ s rules of diagnosis and treatment of infertility based on syndrome differentiation is that she emphasizes the value of kidney and mingmen and then the spleen and stomach,believes that liver is the key viscus in the womens physiology,and builds the cure model of infertility based on disease,pathogenesis and combination of stage.
