针刺联合常规西药干预不稳定型心绞痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价针刺联合常规西药干预不稳定型心绞痛的有效性。方法:通过检索有关针刺联合常规西药干预不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验研究文献,进行质量评价、数据提取,并通过Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:有7项研究纳入评价,通过分析发现针刺所选用的腧穴以内关、心俞、膻中为主,位置临近心胸,经络联通心胸,具有宽胸理气、活血止痛之功效。与常规西药组比较,针刺联合常规西药组心绞痛缓解率显著提高,心电图有效率显著提高,动态心电图平均心肌缺血时间显著缩短。结论:以"宽胸理气、活血止痛"为指导的针刺疗法作为一种辅助治疗手段干预不稳定型心绞痛的短期疗效良好,值得临床推广应用,但对远期预后的作用尚待临床试验进一步证实。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with routine medicine for Unstable Angina Pectoris. Methods： Search for domestic randomized controlled experimental studies. Further,carry on quality evaluation,data extraction,and Meta-analysis on Revman 5. 3 software. Results： 7 studies were included in this review. The analysis shows that the acupoints,headed by Neiguan,Xinshu,Danzhong,close to heart and chest. And the main and collateral channels which these acupoints located in are all passed heart and chest. In addition,the function of these selected points is relaxing chest,regulating Qi,activating blood and alleviating pain. Compared to routine medicine group（ control group）,the relieving rate of angina pectoris of the acupuncture combined with routine medicine group（ acupuncture group）increased. The effect rate of ECG of acupuncture group increased. The duration of myocardial ischemia in dynamic electrocardiogram of acupuncture group reduced. Conclusion： Under the guidance of ＂relaxing chest,regulating Qi,activating blood and alleviating pain＂,the acupuncture as adjuvant treatment had good short-term healing effect on Unstable Angina Pectoris,and is worth promoting. Its long-term prognosis deserves further studies however.
