摘　　要：防己地黄汤出自《金匮要略》,因其文法特殊多被疑为宋人所附。从《千金翼方》等后世著作来看,本方仍属于张仲景方,对于此方的主治证机后世注家及现代《金匮要略》类教材均存在分歧。从张仲景经文原义分析,其病机应为血虚"生"风,而非血虚"受"风,并以大量生地配伍少量疏风药立法独特,用"铜器"盛药汁更具深意,现代研究认为铜元素缺乏可导致机体脑退行性病变,从而产生一系列神经症状及神经系统疾病,故只要审明病变证机及主治病证,即可扩展本方的应用,以指导临床多种疾病的治疗。Fangji Dihuang Decoction comes from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It is often suspected as an additional Prescription added by doctors in Song Dynasty because of its special grammar. However,It is still a prescription from ZHANG Zhong-jing after investigating ancient medical literature in last age. The pathogenesis of the diseases,which treated by Fangji Dihuang Decoction,is a dispute both in Medical Masters of last times and teaching materials of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,but by analyzing the original article. The pathogenesis should be blood deficiency causing wind evil but not wind evil invading blood. Fangji Dihuang Decoction has a special compatibility which combines Dried Rehamnnia Root in high dosage with dispersing medicines in low dosage. It also has a deep meaning that using copper utensil take up tisane,according to the modern research,Copper deficiency can cause neurodegeneration of human body and may cause a series of neurological symptoms and neurological diseases. Fangji Dihuang Decoction can be used to treat many diseases as distinguishing the pathogenesis and Syndromes.
