山药和黄芪的临床配伍意义分析及应用

摘　　要：山药和黄芪均为临床常用中药,故基于药对配伍原则、药组合特点及现代研究认识等通过研究历代及近现代文献,对山药和黄芪配伍组成的现代科学内涵及其临床运用进行了分析与探讨,结果发现山药和黄芪配伍在补脾滋阴、补气升提和固精止泻、补肺滋阴方面具有一定的临床意义,并对治疗消渴、胃痛、泄泻、咳嗽及气喘等具有一定的临床指导作用,希望这一结论能对山药和黄芪的临床配伍运用及科研提供参考。Shanyao and Huangqi are both traditional Chinese medicine in common clinical use. Based on the compatible mechanism,combination character and the modern relative research,we have an analysis of the compatible mechanism and the clinical Application of Shanyao and Huangqi. We found out that the compatibility of Shanyao and Huangqi has certain clinical significance such as nourishing Yin of spleen and lung,invigorating qi for ascending and soliding jing to antidiarrea,which has a guiding role in treating syndrome such as diabetes,stomachache,diarrhea,cough and asthma,which could offer some referece for clinical compatible application of Shanyao and Huangqi.
