摘　　要：在当前全球政治中,最具重要意义的无疑是中、美、俄三国之间的关系,而这三国之间的协作与纷争无疑会对全球政治的走势产生极为深远的影响。在三个国家间的关系中,美俄关系由于长期以来积累的各种矛盾一直处于冷淡状态,而中俄两国则紧密接近。中美关系在特朗普就任美国总统之后基本上延续了稳定的态势,甚至在某些方面两国关系有了更深入的发展。但是当前世界仍旧面临着诸多的不确定因素,主要包括全球金融危机的后续影响、难民问题、民粹主义思潮的兴起和逆全球化浪潮的暗流涌动等,这些因素也为大国关系的走向增添了不确定性。俄罗斯由于受制于自身力量的局限性,尽管在同西方国家的关系中仍然采取强硬的姿态,但是难以在推动全球化方面有所作为。特朗普治下的美国采取了诸多逆全球化的政策,美国正在逐渐成为一个坚信自我利益高于一切的国家。相比之下,中国已经成为全球化的最为强有力的推动者和全球治理的主要维护者,所提出的"一带一路"倡议和"命运共同体"等理念得到了国际社会的广泛回应。In the current global politics, the most important thing is undoubtedly the relationship among China, the US and Russia, and the cooperation and disputes between the three countries will inevitably have a profound impact on the global political trend. In the relations among the three countries, the US-Russian relations have been in a cold state due to their long-standing conflicts, while China and Russia have a close relationship. After Trump became the US president, the previous stable Sino-US relationship has basically continued, and it even achieved in-depth development in some aspects~ But the current world is still faced with a lot of uncertainties, including the lingering effect of the global financial crisis, the refugee problem, the rise of populism and the surging de-globalization. These factors also add to the uncertain trend of relations between major powers~ Due to the limitations of its own power, although Russia still takes a tough stance in its relationship with the Western countries, it finds it difficult to make a difference in promoting globalization. The US under the Trump administration has adopted a number of anti-globalization policies, and is gradually becoming a country that believes in self-interest over all. In contrast, China has become the most powerful promoter of globalization and the main defender of global governance, and the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative and the idea of ＂fate community＂ have been widely respected by the international community.
