摘　　要：增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)近年来因其较高的发病率和较差的预后引起了眼科医生的重视。经过近几年的发展,PDR的诊疗技术有了极大的进展,尤其是其手术治疗方面的改进。本文就PDR的手术治疗时机、术前准备、手术器械和术中操作等多个方面做一综述,以期为临床的诊疗提供参考。Given the poor prognosis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy （PDR）, the morbidity of PDR has also increased recent years. Modern surgery has undergone a very impressive development over the last 10a due to the evolution of methods, techniques and extension of surgical indications. In this article, we will review the current choices of the surgery time, perioperative managements, as well as the methods of the vitrectomy.
