摘 要:通过拉伸加载-卸载实验、OM、SEM和TEM等手段,研究了TLM钛合金在冷变形和短时时效两种条件下的室温弹性变形行为.结果表明:TLM钛合金棒经冷变形和短时时效处理后,在原始β基体上析出细小沉淀α相(即应力诱发马氏体α相),其室温拉伸加载-卸载曲线出现显著的非线性弹性变形特征.建立了析出沉淀α相体积分数与可恢复应变值、弹性模量和室温强度的定量关系.当沉淀α相的体积分数为13%时,可恢复应变值达最大值2.2%,强度值高达910 MPa,拥有优异的综合力学性能,适合于制造长寿命植入假体器件.By using the means of tensile loading and unloading test,OM,SEM and TEM,the elastic deformation behavior of TLM titanium alloy at room temperature was studied under two conditions of cold deformation and short time aging. The results show that after cold deformation and short time aging treatment,TLM titanium alloy rod precipitates a precipitate α phase on the original β matrix( i. e. stress-induced martensite α phase),at room temperature,the tensile loading and unloading curves show obvious nonlinear elastic deformation characteristics. The quantitative relationship between the volume fraction of precipitated α phase and the recovera-ble strain,the elastic modulus and the room temperature strength was established. When the volume fraction of precipitated α phase was 13%,the strain value could reach to the maximum value of 2. 2%,and the strength value was as high as 910 MPa. It has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and is suitable for the manufacture of long life implantable prosthesis devices.
