摘 要:采用好氧、缺氧、厌氧活性污泥对三氯生(TCS)进行降解,并研究降解动力学。试验采用人工配水,TCS初始浓度分别为50、100、200μg/L,将混合液悬浮固体浓度(MLSS)为2 200 mg/L的活性污泥200 mL加入锥形瓶中,置于转速为125 r/min,温度为(20±0.5)℃的恒温摇床里进行降解试验。结果表明,好氧、缺氧、厌氧活性污泥降解TCS的反应初期,TCS都会迅速吸附在活性污泥上,造成水相浓度迅速降低,泥相浓度迅速增加。好氧活性污泥能有效地降解TCS,反应7 d后,TCS的降解率达50%左右。好氧降解过程符合假一级反应动力学,反应速率常数为0.085 6 d^(-1),半衰期为8.095 d。好氧活性污泥对TCS的降解效果优于缺氧和厌氧活性污泥;缺氧活性污泥对TCS有少量的降解,降解率为20%左右;厌氧活性污泥不能有效地降解TCS。The biodegradation characteristics and kinetics of tficlosan (TCS) by activated sludge were studied under aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic conditions. The degradation experiment was conducted in incubation shaker with synthetic wastewater. The mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) of activated sludge was 2 200 mg/L. The activated sludge (200 mL) was added into Erlenmeyer flask, and then placed into incubation shaker, with speed 125 r/min and temperature (20±9.5) ℃. The initial concentration of TCS was 50, 100, 200 μg/L, respectively. The results shows that TCS was adsorbed quickly by activated sludge at the beginning of the reaction. The concentration of TCS in aqueous phase decreased rapidly, while the concentration of TCS in sludge phase increased rapidly. TCS was biodegraded effectively by activated sludge under aerobic conditions. After 7-days' reaction, the biodegradation rate of TCS was reached above 50%. The aerobic degradation was accorded with pseudo first-order kinetics, with pseudo first-order reaction constant for TCS as 0.085 6 d^-1 and the average half-life as 8.095 d under aerobic conditions. The biodegradation of TCS by activated sludge under aerobic conditions was better than under anoxic and anaerobic conditions. There was small amount biodegradation under anoxic conditions, which was approximate 20%. TCS could not be biodegraded effectively by activated sludge under anaerobic condition.
