摘 要:针对湖南电网近年来由于铁磁谐振过电压导致电压互感器损坏的事故进行了统计计算,对铁磁谐振过电压和电压互感器过电压的产生原理进行了理论分析。通过ATP建立了10kV配电线路仿真模型,对系统单相接地和两相不同期合闸情况下引起的铁磁谐振过电压进行了仿真和分析。针对铁磁谐振过电压的产生原理,提出了电压互感器铁磁谐振消谐的措施,并通过仿真模型分析对防护效果进行了分析验证。研究证明:中性点经消弧线圈接地的方法对消除铁磁谐振最为有效;对于二次侧加装消谐电阻的方式,电阻越小,消谐效果越明显,但电阻值太小会造成PT过载,需要注意与PT的容量相配合。For the accident of the voltage transformer induced by the ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage in Hunan power grid in recent years, the principle of the overvohage of the ferromagnetic reso- nance and overvoltage of the voltage transformer are analyzed theoretically. The simulation model of 10 kV distribution line is established by ATP, and the ferromagnetic resonance overvohage caused by single phase grounding and two phase closing at different times is simulated and analyzed. According to the prin- ciple of ferromagnetic resonance overvohage generation, the measures of harmonic remodeling of voltage transformer are proposed, and the effect of protection is analyzed and verified by simulation model. The research shows that: the method of neutral point grounding by arc suppression coil to eliminate ferromagnetic resonance is most effective; For the way of installing harmonic elimination resistance at the secondary side, the smaller the resistance, the harmonic elimination effect is more obvious, but the resistance value is too small will cause PT overload, need to pay attention to match with the PT capacity.
