摘 要:以运行后的110kV线路复合绝缘子为样本,采用喷雾法和接触角法,参照现行检验标准,对其表面进行憎水性研究,着重考察去离子水和无水乙醇清洗表面后在四个不同特性阶段下的憎水性状态。试验结果表明附着自然污秽的硅橡胶表面与无水乙醇清洗自然污秽后的硅橡胶表面表现出两种截然不同的憎水性能,HC分级值能比较准确反应有老化现象的硅橡胶表面憎水性能,而静态接触角值对其基本无参考意义。最后针对运行后的线路复合绝缘子憎水性测量,尝试给出一些建议。The surface hydrophobicity is one of the important parameters of safety for line composite insulator. Based on the sample of post-service 110 kV line composite insulator, with reference to the current test standard, this article adopts the spray method and contact angle method to study the hydrophobicity of line composite insulator, focusing on the hydrophobic state of the four different stages of the surface cleaned by deionized water and ethyl alcohol absolute. The result indicates that the silicone rubber surface cleaned by ethyl alcohol absolute and the one covered by natural dirt shows distinct hydrophobicity. The hydrophobicity class(HC) could reflect the hydrophobicity of the aging silicone rubber surface, on the contrary, the value of the static contact angle indicated no positive significance. The last part of the article tries to put forward some suggestions for the post service of measurement of the hydrophobicity of line composite insulator.
