三水胶囊对脑出血模型大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察三水胶囊对大鼠急性脑出血后脑水肿的防治作用。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、安宫牛黄丸组、三水胶囊(高、中、低剂量分别为30、15、7.5 g·kg^(-1))组。于术前3 d至术后8 d给药。用脑内注射自身股动脉血建立大鼠急性脑出血模型,分别采用行为学评分法和干湿质量法,比较各组大鼠的行为学得分和脑组织的含水量。结果从第1天开始至实验结束,模型组大鼠的行为学得分均非常显著地高于假手术组;与模型组比较,第1天、第4天,各给药组大鼠的行为学得分无显著差异;与模型组比较,术后第8天,高、中剂量三水胶囊组大鼠的行为学得分非常显著地降低,低剂量组的显著降低。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠的脑系数和脑组织中的含水量均非常显著地升高;与模型组比较,高、中剂量三水胶囊组大鼠的脑系数和脑组织中的含水量显著地降低,低剂量组的差异不明显。结论三水胶囊对脑出血水肿有较好的防治作用。OBJECTIVE The preventive effect of Sanshui capsule（ SC） on rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage after brain edema SC were administrated. METHODS Rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Ann palace bezoar bolus group,30,15,7. 5 g·kg-1SC group. 3 days preoperative to 8 days post operation. By injection of own intracerebral in femoral arterial blood in rats,acute cerebral hemorrhage model was established. The behavior score method and dry wet method were used to compare behavior scores and brain water content in rats of different groups. RESULTS Model group＇s behavior score from beginning to end of the experiment 1d was significant higher than the control group. Each dose group had no significant difference compared with model group on 1 d and 4d. Postoperative 8 d,SC high and medium dose groups ethology scores were significantly lower than the model group,low dose group compared with also decreased significantly. The brain coefficient and brain water content of model group rats were significant increased the control group. Compared with the model group,SC high,medium dose group of cerebral coefficient and brain water content were significantly lower,low dose group is not obvious. CONCLUSION SC on cerebral hemorrhage edema has good preventive effect.
