摘　　要：由于医疗事业的快速发展,军队医院为提升卫勤保障水平,增强为民服务能力,修建了大量高层医疗建筑。而为不断强化高层医疗建筑的相关功能,其改造升级必然是持续不断的,因此常出现医疗与改造并行的情况。从博弈模型入手,重点分析在军队高层医疗建筑改造中施工与医疗之间的矛盾,提出双方改进措施手段,旨在减少医疗与改造并行之间的摩擦,实现军队医院和谐发展的目标。Due to the rapid development of medical care, military hospitals in order to enhance the level of medical support and enhance the ability to serve the people, there were a large number of high-rise medical buildings. In order to constantly strengthen the functions of high-rise buildings, the transformation and upgrading is bound to be continuous, so there are frequent medical and renovation of the situation. This paper starts from the game model, focuses on the analysis of the contradiction between the renovation and medical treatment in the reform of high-rise medical buildings, puts forward the improvement measures, aimes at reducing the friction between the medical and renovation, realizes the harmonious development of the military hospital＇s goal.
