摘 要:为了提高数控机床能量的数据,降低数控机床在加工过程中的能源消耗,实现机械加工能耗的计算机优化,将数控机床运动及材料去除作为研究对象,提出面向低碳的数控机床能量创建。通过查阅相关的文献,将CK7815型号数控机床的功能、结构及技术参数为基础,对机床加工过程的能量流程及消耗进行分析,创建数控机床能量消耗模式模型。以阶梯轴为基础,将其作为数控机床加工零件的对象,通过UG软件对模型进行创建,并且实现后续的加工及处理,得到数控机床可执行数控程序代码。通过数控加工仿真软件将程序代码进行调入,从而实现数控机床模型的仿真,得到工艺的优化参数。综合以上研究过程,面向低碳的数控机床能量模型能够实现典型加工对象加工过程能耗的计算。In order to improve the energy data of CNC machine tools, reduce the energy consumption of CNC machine tools in the process of processing, realize the computer optimization of machining energy consumption, take the NC machine tool movement and material removal as the research object,and propose the low-carbon CNC machine tools Energy creation. Based on the related literature, the function,structure and technical parameters of CK7815 CNC machine tools are analyzed, and the energy flow and consumption of machine tool processing are analyzed to create the energy consumption model of NC machine tool. The staircase axis as the processing object,through the UG software to achieve model creation, processing and post-processing, CNC machine tools can be executed NC program code. Through the NC machining simulation software will be transferred to the program code, in order to achieve the simulation of CNC machine tool model, the process optimization parameters. Based on the above research process, the energy model for the low-carbon CNC machine tool can realize the calculation of the energy consumption of the typical processing object.
