摘  要:随着耗能减震技术在高层及超高层钢结构建筑抗震设计中的应用,用于制作减震耗能结构的低屈服强度钢日益受到重视。本文介绍了鞍钢屈服强度100~225 MPa级别抗震软钢的化学成分设计、生产工艺,以及实物力学性能、焊接性能及应用性能。结果表明:鞍钢生产的低屈服点钢具有低屈服强度、窄屈服范围以及优良的冲击、焊接及良好的抗震耗能性能,完全满足抗震设计的需求。With the application of energy dissipation technology in earthquake resistant design of high-rise and super high-rise steel structures,the low yield strength steel used in the manufacture of energy dissipation structures has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,the chemical composition design,process technology,mechanical properties,welding performance and application performance of the earthquake resistant steel with 100-225 MPa yield strength were introduced.The results show that the low yield point steel developed by Angang has low yield strength,narrow yield range and excellent properties of impact,welding and energy dissipation,and it can fully meet the requirements for earthquake resistant design of buildings.
