摘 要:针对生产SPHC系列产品时存在氧化铁皮压入缺陷的问题,研究发现随着Si含量的增加,氧化铁皮有减少趋势。通过观察,发现Si原子主要富集到氧化铁皮下层,与O原子结合生成SiO_2或更复杂的氧化物,能阻碍O原子与Fe原子发生反应,在连铸及轧制过程中提高了低碳钢的抗氧化性能。同时,Si含量的增加可部分弥补位错或空位缺陷,不利于Fe、C等原子与O结合,而这表现出来的结果是加重了晶体内部畸变程度,使铁基体强度提高。In view of the defect problem of scale pressed in the surface of SPHC series products,the study found that scale had a tendency to decrease with the increase of Si content.The results show that Si atoms are mainly enriched in the inner layer of scale and combine with O atoms to form SiO2 or more complex oxides,which can prevent O atoms from reacting with Fe atoms and improve the resistance oxidation performance of low carbon steel during continuous casting and rolling.At the same time,increasing Si content can partially compensate for dislocation or vacancy defects,which is not conducive to the combination of atoms such as Fe and C,and the internal distortion of the crystal is strengthened.So,the strength of the iron matrix is improved.
