摘  要:性能波动大的高强钢进入冷连轧时将产生较大的厚差,部分钢种带钢头尾厚度超差严重,严重影响冷轧产品的成材率。在深入研究高强钢AGC厚度控制系统的特点及功能的基础上,提出了高强钢性能前馈厚度控制技术方案。通过高强钢新型AGC性能前馈厚度控制系统开发和试验,新增性能前馈应用程序软件并在现场持续稳定运行,高强钢带钢头尾厚差超2%的长度减少,取得了良好效果。There will be a large thickness difference of high strength steel strip with high performance fluctuation,and thickness exceed sesriously at head and tail of strip in cold tandem rolling,which will seriously affect the yield of cold rolled products.On the basis of studying the characteristics and functions of the AGC thickness control system of high strength steel,a scheme of feed-forward thickness control for high strength steel was put forward.The new AGC feed-forward thickness control system for high strength steel was developed and tested,the performance of new feed-forward software was stably run in the field,the head and tail thickness difference over 2% of high strength steel strip was reduced in length,and the good results were obtained.
