摘 要:目的探究军用车辆有机涂层在全浸泡条件下的腐蚀行为特征,寻找评价涂层腐蚀防护性能的有效方法。方法利用电化学阻谱技术,对某型军用灰色涂层在全浸泡条件下的腐蚀行为进行了研究,分析了其阻抗谱及低频阻抗模值0.1 Hz|Z|、高频相位角10 k Hzq、相对介电常数re三种特征参数的变化规律。以三种特征参数作为评价指标,利用SOFM自组织神经网络对涂层性能的变化过程进行研究。结果灰色涂层在全浸泡下的腐蚀过程大致经历三个阶段。良好阶段:高频相位角q位于70°附近,低频阻抗模值|Z|均大于10~7。防护性能下降但仍具有保护作用阶段:高频相位角q下降至50°附近,低频阻抗模值|Z|下降至10~6附近。防护性能丧失阶段:高频相位角q全部低于50°,低频阻抗模值|Z|已经低于10~5。SOFM自组织神经网络对涂层的分类结果与对阻抗谱特征分析的结果保持一致。结论通过实例分析,证明自组织神经网络SOFM方法可实现对涂层性能状态的快速判断。The work aims to explore corrosion behavior characteristics of grey organic coating on military vehicles in com- plete immersion state, and look for effective methods of evaluating corrosion protection coating performance. Corrosion beha- vior of a certain military grey coating in complete immersion state was studied in EIS method, impedance spectroscopy as well as change rules of three characteristic parameters, i.e., low frequency impedance [Z]0.lHz, high frequency phase angle θ10 kHz and relative dielectric constant εr, were studied. With the three characteristic parameters as evaluation indices, changing process of coating properties was studied by using self-organizing feature mapping. Corrosion process of the grey coating in complete immersion state has undergone three stages--good stage: high frequency phase angle θ10 kHz was near 70°, and low frequency impedance [Z]0.1Hz was over 107; protective properties degraded but still played a protective role: high frequency phase angle θ10 kHz dropped to near 50°, and low frequency impedance |Z|0.1Hz dropped to near 10^6; and protective performance loss stage: high frequency phase angle 010 kHz was below 50°, and low frequency impedance |Z|0.1 m was below 10^5. Coating classification results of SOFM self-organizing neural network were consistent with those of impedance spectroscopy analysis. Case analysisindicates that coating performance state can be judged quickly in SOFM method.
