基于脚型规律的标样楦的研发

摘　　要：以华南理工大学广州学院珠宝学院学生为研究对象和实验人群,前期通过资料收集及脚印图的测试,确定真正的高弓脚受试者人群,探索引发高弓脚的多方面原因。采用自然抽样的调查方法,获取珠宝系全体学生的脚印图以及脚部各部位尺寸,本次调查人数共606人。受试者人体中高弓足占到21.57%,严重高弓足占到11%,严重高弓足并伴随拇外翻占到4%,鞋码数集中在37码,跖围集中在一型区域。本次标样楦的制作是以严重高弓脚并伴随拇外翻为最终受试者,考虑到在跖围、放余量、后容差等方面的需求制作符合其脚型规律的标样楦,以满足受试者脚部需求。The project was based on the students of college of jewelry in South China University of Technology , to determine and explore the causes of lofty arch through the data collection and footprint test . The natural sampling of the survey method was used to access to the 606 people of footprints. The results indicated that the subjects had 21.57% of the high arch, 11% of the severe high arch foot, severe high arch and 4% with the hallux valgus, the shoe code number concentrated in 37 yards, the plantar area concentrated in a Type area. The Master model last was made by the data of serious high feet with hallux valgus, taking into account in the plantar area, put the margin, after the tolerance and other aspects to meet the subject＇s foot needs.
