摘  要:在能源类型多元化,减少碳排放的当今世界,催化裂化装置的节能地位日益重要。余热回收主要以锅炉形式来实现。锅炉效率的高低对催化裂化装置能耗的影响很大。催化裂化装置是炼油厂的核心生产装置,其能耗水平影响全厂能耗。废热锅炉效率的高低对催化裂化装置能耗起决定性作用。本文就催化废热锅炉运行过程中出现的一些节能问题进行剖析。In today's world where energy types are diversified and carbon emissions are reduced, the energy saving status of catalytic cracking plants is becoming increasingly important. Waste heat recovery is mainly achieved in the form of boiler. The efficiency of the boiler has a great influence on the energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit. The catalytic cracking unit is the core production facility of refinery, and its energy consumption level affects the whole plant energy consumption. The efficiency of waste heat boiler plays a decisive role in the energy consumption of catalytic cracking unit. In this paper, some problems of energy saving in the running process of catalytic waste heat boiler were analyzed.
