摘 要:以TiO_2和Na_2CO_3为原料,在1200℃下保温1 h熔融水淬制备非晶态钛酸钠,通过晶化制备不同晶型的钛酸钠晶体,研究了非晶态析晶过程及晶型转变规律.结果表明,626℃下不保温合成了单一晶型Na_2TiO_3,811℃下保温120 min合成了单一晶型Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28),897℃下不保温、保温30和120 min分别合成了单一晶型Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28),Na_2TiO_3和Na_2Ti_3O_7,拟合得626,811和897℃时钛酸钠的平均结晶度分别为45.2%,43.8%和86.6%.升温过程中非晶态钛酸钠逐渐析出Na_2TiO_3晶体,随晶化时间延长,626℃下Na_2TiO_3逐渐向Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)和Na_4Ti_5O_(12)转变,811℃下Na_4Ti_5O_(12)向Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)转变,897℃下Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28)转变为Na_2Ti_3O_7.The method of crystallization of amorphous phase was applied to synthesize the different sodium titanate and the rules of crystalline structure transition to find the ways to synthesize different sodium titanates with single-phase and high crystallinity was studied.The crystallization of amorphous phase contains two parts,namely preparing amorphous phase and its crystallization.Preparation of amorphous sodium titanate is obtained by sintering TiO_2 and Na_2CO_3 at 1 200 ℃ for 1 h and then water-quenching.Crystallization of amorphous phase is carried out to synthesize sodium titanate by controlling the temperature,holding time and heating program.The results showed that single-phase Na_2TiO_3 and Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28) can be synthesize at 626 ℃ for 0 min and 811 ℃ for 120 min,respectively.The single-phase Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28),Na_2TiO_3,Na_2Ti_3O_7 were synthesized at 897 ℃ for 0,30 and 120 min,respectively.The average crystallinity at 626,811 and 897 ℃ were 45.2%,43.8% and 86.6%,respectively.In addition,it is found that gradual transition happens from amorphous phase to Na_2TiO_3 during the heating process,then transition happens from Na_2TiO_3 to Na_4Ti_5O_(12) at 626 ℃,further transits to Na_(16)Ti_(10)O_(28) at 811 ℃ and transits to Na2Ti3O7 at 897 ℃.
