摘 要:采用柠檬酸燃烧法制备了(GdY)_2O_3:Tm,Yb粉体,并确定其制备工艺条件为:煅烧温度1 000℃,Gd^(3+)、Tm^(3+)、Yb^(3+)掺杂的摩尔分数分别为20%、4%、5%。以此条件得到的粉体的平均粒径约65 nm。粉体的发射光谱表明:在980 nm激发源激发下,在484 nm处得到的蓝光,对应于Tm^(3+)的1G4→3H6能级跃迁;在658 nm处得到的红光,对应于Tm^(3+)的3F2→3H6能级跃迁。用制备的粉体作为原料,采用真空烧结法制备(GdY)_2O_3:Tm,Yb陶瓷,其烧结工艺条件为:烧结温度为1 750℃,保温20 h。制备的陶瓷在400~3 300 nm波长范围内的平均透过率为71%。Tm^(3+), Yb^(3+) co-doped gadolinium yttrium oxide transparent ceramic powder was prepared by a citric acid combustion method. The ceramic powder is obtained under optimum preparation condition(i.e., calcination temperature of 1 000 ℃; Gd^(3+) doped mole fraction of 20%; Tm^(3+) doped mole fraction of 4%; Yb^(3+) doped mole fraction of 5%), and the average particle size of(GdY)2O3:Tm,Yb powder is approximately 65 nm. The emission spectra of the powder show that the blue-ray appears at 484 nm, corresponding to the energy level transition of Tm^(3+) from 1G4 to 3H6, and the red light at 658 nm, corresponding to the energy level transition of Tm^(3+) from 3F2 to 3H6 under the excitation at wavelength of 980 nm by a pump light. The(GdY)2O3:Tm,Yb ceramic was also prepared by a vacuum sintering with the ceramic powder prepared as a raw material, and the ceramic can be obtained under the optimum sintering parameters(i.e., final temperature of sintering of 1 750 ℃, and sintering time of 20 h). It is shown that the average transmittance at 400–3 300 nm is 71%.
