摘　　要：肺部药动学是基于肺部药物浓度来描述或预测药物在肺部随时间变化规律的一项新兴研究手段,也是临床防治呼吸道疾病药物制定合理给药方案的重要依据。近年来,国内外关于动物的肺部采样手段以及药物分析技术日趋成熟,使得兽用抗菌药物的肺部药动学研究正成为兽医药理学中的研究热点。论文综述了目前兽药肺部药动学研究中的肺部采样手段、动物麻醉方法、药物提取手段以及肺泡液中药物分析技术等研究概况,旨在使兽用抗菌药物的肺部药动学研究技术能更好的应用于如药动学—药效学结合模型、折点分析及制定给药方案等兽药研究领域中。Pulmonary pharmacokinetics is used to describe or predict the law of drug changes with time based on the drug concentration in lung,which is a new study method of providing important basis for optimizing the dosage of respiratory disease drugs.With the development and maturation of the animal sampling and drug analysis methods for the past few years,resulted in the pulmonary pharmacokinetics of veterinary drugs is becoming a hot topic in veterinary pharmacology.Through investigating literature and combining with practice,this paper reviewed the pulmonary sampling,anesthesia,drug extraction and analysis in pulmonary alveolus over the course of the pulmonary pharmacokinetics study,which aims at promoting the pulmonary pharmacokinetic could be better applied to such as pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamic model,breakpoint analysis,formulate dosage regimen and other veterinary drug research.
