摘 要:针对涠洲12-1油田地层水高温高盐特点以及储层非均质性,开发了以AMPS共聚物为主体的耐温耐盐冻胶调剖体系,分析了冻胶的交联反应机理,并在高温高盐油藏条件下,优化了冻胶体系配方。较佳配方为:0.3%~0.6%共聚物BHJH-2+0.4%~0.7%交联剂BHJLJ-4A+0.6%~0.9%稳定剂BHJLJ-4B,体系能够耐温120℃,耐盐60 000mg/L,耐硬度2 000mg/L。性能评价实验表明:该体系具有良好的抗剪切性能、注入性、封堵性能、耐冲刷性能,室内实验条件下,中等强度冻胶体系能够提高采收率达到20.97%,能够满足高温高盐油藏调剖要求。According to the reservoir heterogeneity and the formation water characteristic of high temperature and salinity in WZ12-1 oilfield, the AMPS copolymer gel profile-control agent with high ther- mal-resistance and salt-Tolerance is developed, whose cross-linked reaction mechanism is analyzed. The formula of gel is optimized, whose optimum formula is 0.3%-0.6% copolymer BHJH-2+0.4%- 0.7 % cross-linked agent BHJLJ-4A+0.6 %-0.9 % stabilizer BHJLJ-4B. The temperature resistance is 120 ℃, salt tolerance is 60 000 mg/L, calcium and magnesium tolerance is 2 000 mg/L. The results of performance evaluation experiments showed that the agent has good anti-shearing property, injec- tion property, plugging property and performance of flushing resistance, which could meet the profile control demand of high temperature and salinity reservoir. The profile control agent of moderate strength could add the oil recovery by 20.97 % in laboratory experiment condition.
