摘 要:以TiO_2纳米管(TONs)为载体,通过常规方法制备了负载型催化剂W-Ni/TONs-6。该催化剂具有较大孔径(96.3nm)和比表面积(178.38m^2/g),并对其形貌进行了表征。将制备的催化剂填装于小型固定床反应器中,以减二线、减三线和减四线富芳烃蜡油作为原料,考察了其催化加氢脱芳烃制备环保型环烷烃基溶剂油的性能。结果表明,在压力12 MPa,温度380℃,空速12h^(-1),氢油体积比为500∶1的条件下,该蜡油产品脱芳烃率为98.8%。与常规加氢脱芳烃催化剂相比,W-Ni/TONs-6具有更优秀的脱芳烃性能。W-Ni/TONs-6 catalyst doped by TiO2 nanotubes (TONs) was prepared via conventional method . The obtained catalyst has features of large pore diameter(96.3 nm) and specific surface area (178.38 m2/g), which can be applied incatalytic hydrogenation-dearomatization of wax oil. And morphology of the catalyst was characterized. The catalyst was applied in the minitype fixed bed reactor to test the capacity of hydrogenation-dearomatization the second and third vacuum side oil, acting as feedstock, from Canton to produce environmentally friendly cycloalkanes-base solvent naphtha. The results show that the dearomatization rate of the wax oil product was 98.8% under the following con- dition: pressure 12 MPa, temperature 380 ℃, space velocity of 12 h-1 and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 500 : 1. Under the same conditions, W-Ni/TONs-6 has better aromatics removal performance than conventional catalyst for hydrogenation--dearomatization.
