孔系加工的宏指令编程与应用

摘　　要：以某型农用机变速箱壳体孔系为例,运用宏指令编写孔系的加工程序,并在加工中心上进行模拟仿真加工。运用宏指令编写孔系加工程序,不但减少了编程和计算工作量,而且简化了程序,提高了程序的通用性。Taking the hole system of a certain type of agricultural machine gearbox as an example, the macro program was used to compile the machining program of the hole system while a simulation processing was carried out in the machining center. When the macros are used to compile the hole processing program, it is possible to reduce programming and computational effort, simplify the program and improve the versatility of the program.
