摘 要:机器视觉与开放式数控系统相结合,有助于开发数控系统的视觉检测、状态诊断和加工误差补偿等功能。基于常用的开发软件平台与机器视觉库,对具有机器视觉功能的开放式数控系统软件平台运行效率进行研究,通过试验比较了各种方案的运行效率,并以数控曲线磨削为例,研究了基于机器视觉的加工误差补偿效率。根据研究结果,给出了运行效率优化方案,为基于机器视觉的开放式数控系统软件平台选择提供了依据。The combination of machine vision and open-architecture CNC system may help to develop the functions of CNC system such as visual inspection, state diagnosis and compensation for mismachining tolerance. Based on the commonly used software platform and machine vision library, took a study on the operating efficiency of the software platform of open-architecture CNC system with machine vision. The operation efficiency of each scheme was compared by experiment. It also took NC camber grinding as the example to investigate the compensation efficiency based on machine vision for mismachining tolerance.According to the research results, the optimization scheme of operation efficiency was given, which provided the basis for the selection of software platform for open architecture CNC system based on machine vision.
