摘 要:胶带包装架是矿用胶带包装和运输过程中必不可少的结构件,在实际应用中经常出现强度不足、材料消耗大等问题。以胶带圆盘包装架为例,应用软件对包装架方管起吊、叉车托举、方管旋转三种工况进行有限元结构分析,得到在三种工况下的包装架应力分布图和变形图,以及应力和应变变化规律。Tape packaging frame is the essential structural parts for packing and transportation of mining tapes, the problems frequent existing in practice involve lack of strength and large material consumption. Took the disc type tape packing rack as an example to carry out the finite element analysis by the application software under three types of working conditions i.e. lifting the rack via square tube, lifting the rack by fork truck and rotating the rack via square tube. The stress envelope and deformation pattern as well as stress and strain changes of the packing rack under three types of working conditions were obtained.
