摘  要:上海世茂深坑酒店坑顶超长钢筋混凝土大梁长250m,混凝土施工质量直接影响坑内和上部结构稳定性。为保证施工质量,分别针对不同方案进行了分析比选。通过采用有限元软件校核3种方案大梁施工阶段受到的收缩应力,并综合考虑工期、成本等因素,优选跳仓法施工方案。跳仓施工时严格把控原材料质量,通过科学合理的施工与养护措施,保证了大梁施工质量。The length of concrete beam located in the Shanghai Shimao Chasm hotel ground is 250 m. The concrete construction quality directly affects the pit and the upper structure stability. Three construction schemes were compared to ensure the quality of girder construction. Then alternative bay construction method was used by overall considering project duration and cost for the three choices. The construction quality of the girder was secured by alternative bay construction method through scientific and reasonable construction and maintenance measures.
