4种套扎法治疗混合痔的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：为比较4种套扎法治疗混合痔的临床疗效,选择2010-2016年收治的652例混合痔患者进行研究,按照套扎方法不同分为A～D 4组,A组给予直肠黏膜环形错位套扎术治疗,B组给予自动痔疮套扎术治疗,C组给予痔基底部套扎术治疗,D组给予母痔上黏膜弹力线柱状套扎术（CMH）治疗.比较4组患者术后并发症发生率及有效率和复发率.结果显示,治疗后,D组患者术后出血、肛门狭窄、异物残留下坠感、控便能力下降发生率均显著低于其他3组,而且术后3个月的有效率显著高于其他3组,术后3年的复发率显著低于其他3组,差异均有统计学意义,P〈0.05.结果表明,CMH治疗混合痔疗效确切,术后并发症极少,复发率极低,具有明显的优越性.In order to compare the clinical efficacy of four kinds of ligation methods in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,652 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in author＇s hospital from 2010 to 2016 were selected and divided into 4 group（A-D） according to the ligation method.Group A accepted the east rubber band ligation and coincide of dislocation for prolapse and hemorrhoid（EPH） ;group B was treated with Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH）;group C was treated with ligation on the basal region of hemorrhoid; group D was given the columnar ligation operation on the main hemorrhoids with elastic thread （CMH）.The incidence of postoperative complications, curative rate and recurrence rate were compared among the four groups. As results, after treatment, the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage, anal stenosis, foreign body residue ＆ tenesmus and control ability decreasing in group D were significantly lower than those in other three groups;and the effective rate 3 months after operation was significantly higher than that in other three groups;the recurrence rate at 3 years after operation was significantly lower than that in other three groups,there was statistical difference （ P〈0.05）. The results show that CMH treat- ment of mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect and less postoperative complications, the recurrence rate is very low, thus having significant advantages.
