高渗硫酸镁湿热敷、太宁栓纳肛结合红外线照射治疗产后痔急性发作的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨高渗硫酸镁湿热敷、太宁栓纳肛结合红外线照射治疗产后痔急性发作的效果,将2015年6月至2016年7月我科收治的90例产后痔急性发作患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例.对照组给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴和太宁栓纳肛治疗,观察组给予50％硫酸镁湿热敷、太宁栓纳肛、红外线照射治疗.治疗7 d后,比较2组患者首日治疗后和治疗第7天的止痛率,以及总体临床疗效.结果显示,观察组首日治疗后止痛率和治疗第7天止痛率（93.33％和100％）明显高于对照组（55.56％和86.67％）,差异均有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组治疗总有效率（95.55％）明显高于对照组（73.33％）,P〈0.05.结果表明,高渗硫酸镁湿热敷、太宁栓纳肛结合红外线照射治疗产后痔急性发作疗效显著,可快速减轻患者痛苦.This study was to explore the efficacy of a combined therapy（moisten-hot compress with hy- perisotonic MgSO4 ,Taining Shuan administered by rectum,infrared light radiation） for treating puerperal acute attack of hemorrhoids, randomly divided 90 cases of puerperal acute attack of hemorrhoids into obser- vation group and control one,45 cases for each;the former treated with above combined therapy,the latter still continuously used PP solution for sitz bath and Taining Shuan by rectal adminitration; then both groups＂ stopped-pain rate,and whole clinical effect after the 1st-day and the 7th-day medication were com- pared.As results,at above time-points the rate of the former were all higher than that of the latter, there was all statistical difference （93.33% vs 55.56%, 100% vs 86.67%, P 〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter （95.55% vs 73.33%, P〈0.05）.Results show that for puerperal acute attack of hemorrhoids above-mentioned combined therapy has great effect, can quickly alleviate patient＇s pain.
