疮灵液对肛瘘及肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：为探讨疮灵液对肛瘘及肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响,将2016年4～12月于我科拟行手术治疗的40例肛瘘、肛周脓肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例,对照组术后应用涂有黄芩油膏的纱条换药,观察组应用浸有疮灵液的纱条换药,直至创口愈合.对比2组患者术后创面渗液情况、创口皮肤温度、腐肉脱落时间及创面愈合时间.结果显示,观察组术后第3天和第7天创面渗液情况评分明显低于对照组,P〈0.05;术后第3天、第7天、第11天创口皮肤温度明显低于对照组,P〈0.05;腐肉脱落时间和创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,P〈0.05.结果表明,肛瘘及肛周脓肿术后应用疮灵液纱条进行换药,可减轻创面渗液及炎症反应,促进创面愈合.In order to explore the influence of Chuangling lotion on wound-surface healing after operation of anal fistula and perianal abscess, randomly divided 40 cases with anal fistula and perianal abscess who were going to perform surgery in author＇s department from Apr. to Dec. in 2016 into control group and observation group, 20 cases for each; the former was treated with gauze dressing exchange coated with Huangqin ointment,while the latter used gauze dressing exchange soaked with Chuangling lotion, all trea- ted until wound-surface healed. The wound-surface exudate, wound skin temperature, slough falling-off time and wound-surface healing time were compared between the two groups. As results,in the score on the wound-surface exudate on the 3rd and 7th day after operation, the latter was significantly lower than the former, P〈0.05; in the wound skin temperature on the 3rd,Tth and llth day after operation, was significantly lower than the former, P〈0.05; in the slough falling-off time and wound-surface healing time were significantly shorter than the former, P 〈0.05.The results show that the anal fistula and perianal abscess after surgery using Chuangling lotion for dressing exchange can reduce the wound-surface exudate and inflammation reaction and promote wound-surface healing.
