摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)为补强剂填充丁腈橡胶(NBR),采用动态硫化法制备了系列乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/NBR/ZDMA热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了ZDMA用量及热处理温度对压缩永久变形可逆回复程度的影响,探讨了可逆回复机制并拟合出数学模型。结果表明,提高TPV热处理温度,其压缩永久变形的回复速度和回复程度显著提高,热处理温度为75℃时,TPV的压缩永久变形可逆回复程度最大;增大TPV中ZDMA用量,压缩永久变形的可逆回复减慢;基于TPV的微观相态结构和变形可逆回复特征,探讨了其压缩永久变形的可逆回复机制。Thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPV)based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization,with the TPV being reinforced by zinc dimethacrylate(ZDMA).The influences of ZDMA dosage and heat-treatment temperature on the reversible recovery of compression set,together with the mechanism and model construction of the reversible recovery of the TPV was investigated systematically.The results showed that increasing the heat-treatment temperature would lead to the fast recovery of compression set and improve the degree of reversible recovery.Moreover,the TPV had best reversible deformation ability when the heat-treatment temperature was 75℃.However,increasing the content of ZDMA in TPVs would weak the reversible recovery of compression set.The reversible recovery mechanism was discussed based on the characteristics of TPV microstructure of the prepared TPV.
