摘 要:以预浓缩系统—气相色谱(GC)/飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)法采集、分析大气中六氟异丙醇(HFIP),即HFIP经苏玛罐采样后,加入三氯甲烷内标,直接进入三级冷阱预浓缩系统进行浓缩,然后经过GC/TOF-MS分离、定量。同时,通过条件试验优化前处理条件和分析参数。结果表明,该方法可实现大气中HFIP的准确测定,线性相关系数可以达到0.999,日内和日间精密度均小于5%,加标回收率为85%~94%,当进样体积为200mL时大气中HFIP的检出限为0.01μg/m3。该方法简便、可靠,适用于大气中HFIP的常规和应急监测。A method for the determination of Hexafluoroisopropano (HFIP) in atomosphere was developed by gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometer (GC/TOF-MS) coupled with a pre-concentrator. Atmospheric samples were collected by SUMMA canisters,which were treated by silane to minimize the adsorption of HFIP. Rela- tive parameters were optimized after various condition tests. Atmospheric HFIP was pre-concentrated and then intro- duced into GC/TOF-MS. Results showed that the precision, accuracy and correlation coefficient of the method were confirmed to meet the qualification. Linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. The RSD of intra and inter day were both less than 5%. Recoveries were between 85% and 94%. The detection limit was 0.01μg/m3 with 200 mL sample volume. This method was simple and reliable,and was very suitable for the determination of atmospheric HFIP during routine and emergency monitoring.
