摘　　要：自2009年新医改以来,乡镇卫生院作为基本公共卫生服务的管理主体和执行主体,在不断深化基本公共卫生服务的进程中日益扮演着重要的角色。《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》更对乡镇卫生院提出新的挑战。因此,分析乡镇卫生院基本公共卫生服务实施过程中的"病症",并探讨相应的"良药",有利于促进乡镇卫生院不断提高服务的质量和效率,逐步实现基本公共卫生服务均等化,提高人群的健康水平,推动实现"健康中国"的战略目标。Since the new healthcare reform in 2009, township hospitals, as the management subjects and executive subjects of basic public health service, have increasingly played an important role in the process of deepening the basic public health serv- ices. The plan of Health China 2030 puts forward new challenges to township hospitals. Therefore, to analyze the problems in the implementation of basic public health Services, and to discusses the corresponding solutions can help township hospitals continu- ously improve the quality and efficiency in implementation of basic public health services, gradually achieve equalization of basic public health services, improve the health level of the population and promote the realization of the strategic goal of Health China.
