摘　　要：目的:提出医-患沟通响应水平及医疗服务无形性的测量结构;检验医疗服务无形性对医-患沟通影响机制;探索患者教育及医-患沟通策略。方法:方便抽样,面访获得有效样本为662位住院患者。结构方程模型采用Mplus7.0作为分析工具。结果:医-患沟通响应水平呈现为"领会"与"担心"两个维度,聚合效度最低值为0.732;医疗服务无形性测量聚合效度最低值为0.630。医疗服务物理无形显著负向影响医-患沟通相应水平(领会)(-0.262,P=0.000)。结论:医-患沟通策略应该强调:(1)将常见药品使用及常见疾病治疗措施进行有形化呈现,增强患者对疾病治疗的认知。(2)将医-患沟通由告知性沟通转变为交流式沟通,增加沟通的互动性。Objective To study the mechanism of influence of medical care intangibility on doctor - patient communication, and explore the strategies of patient education and doctor - patient communication. Method 662 cases of inpatients were chosen with convenient sampling method and interviewed. Data was analyzed with Mplus7.0 structural equation model. Results The re- sponse level of doctor -patient communication was presented as ＂follow＂ and ＂worry＂ with the lowest convergent validity of 0. 732. The lowest convergent validity of measurement on medical care intangibility was 0. 630. The physical invisibility of medical services had significantly negative influence on doctor - patient communication （ - 0. 262, P = 0. 000）. Conclusion The strategies should be emphasized as follows： （1） To improve the patients＇ awareness of medical treatment by tangible presentation. （2） To transform the informative doctor - patient communication into interactive communication and increase the interactivity of communication.
