摘  要:厚度小于1.5mm的超薄规格热轧产品可以实现"以热带冷",具有巨大的经济效益。常规热连轧超薄带钢生产技术一直是热轧生产技术研究的重点。全面分析了常规热连轧超薄规格带钢生产时的技术难点,针对该难点,通过研究和实践,总结出一整套超薄规格带钢生产技术,包括板形控制、精轧跑偏控制、全线带钢温度控制、辊道飞飘控制、轧制润滑技术、活套控制、设备精度维护、铁素体区轧制技术等。The replacement of cold rolled strip by hot rolled strip which is ultrathin strip at the thickness of less than 1.5 mm will have enormous economic benefit. The research on production technology of ultrathin strip is very essential to the conventional hot strip mill production technology. The present situation of research on the production of ultrathin strip steel was reviewed and a series of ultrathin strip steel production technologies are summarized. These technologies including profile and flatness control; inhibit strip running deviation control; temperature control of whole production line; lubrication technology for roiling process; looper control; equipment precision maintenance; ferritic hot rolling technology, etc.
