摘　　要：中央地质勘查基金的设立是贯彻落实《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》的一项重要举措。2006年,中央地勘基金试点项目启动以来,地勘基金在社会各界特别是地勘行业的关心和争论中一路探索前行。本文系统总结了过去十年地勘基金项目运作管理的主要做法,取得的主要成果:找矿成果、政策作用、对地方和社会投入的拉动、经济和社会效益以及队伍人才培养等,在此基础上形成几点认识,以便为地勘基金后续工作开展和研究推进下一步转型发展的路径提供有益参考。The establishment of China Geological Exploration Fund is a significant move for the Decision of State Council on strengthening geological work.Since the launch of the pilot project of China Geological Exploration Fund from 2006,the fund has developed itself over concerns and arguments from all walks of life.This paper summarizes the main management methods and achievements：prospecting results,effects of policies,guides for local and society,management experience,economic and social benefits and so on.On this basis,it puts forward several tips which will benefit for following attention and development for geological exploration fund.
