摘　　要：联合风险勘查是勘查和矿业公司的主要运作模式和融资方式,是一种符合矿产资源勘查规律和满足风险勘查阶段特殊需求的风险合作方式,其特点是合资各方按协议约定的比例共担风险、共负盈亏。我国地质勘查基金自设立以来,在政策调控、分担勘查风险和引导和拉动社会资金投入矿产资源勘查等方面发挥了重要作用,合作投资也发展成为地质勘查基金的主要投资方式。研究国外联合风险勘查模式的特点为落实《全国矿产资源规划(2016~2020年)》提出的"改革中央地质勘查基金,弥补矿业资本市场不足"要求和进一步丰富创新地质勘查基金合作投资相关机制提供了借鉴和参考意义。Joint venture is the main operation mode and financing mode of exploration and mineral companies.Joint venture exploration is a kind of risk cooperation method,which conforms to the law of mineral resources exploration and meets the special needs of the risk exploration stage.Joint venture parties shall share risks and share profits and losses according to the proportion stipulated in the agreement,which is the characteristic of joint venture.Chinas geological exploration fund has played an important role in regulating policies,sharing exploration risks,guiding and stimulating social funds and investing in mineral resources exploration.Cooperative investment has become the main investment mode of geological exploration fund.In order to implement the＂National Mineral Resources Planning（2016~2020）＂proposed the reform of the Central Geological Exploration Fund,to make up for the lack of mining capital market requirements,and further innovation,rich geological exploration fund investment cooperation mechanism,the foreign joint venture mode provides a good reference and reference significance.
