摘  要:目的分析影响预防接种门诊服务满意度的关键因素,为进一步提高预防接种服务质量提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,2016年5-9月对泰州市7个市(区)的3 000名调查对象进行问卷调查,并运用结构方程模型进行拟合和参数估计。结果结构方程模型的拟合效果较好,接种后服务对总体评价的影响最大,为0.391,其次接种中服务为0.219,整体环境为0.185,接种前服务为0.172,方便可及性影响程度最小为0.093。结论在今后的免疫规划工作中,各预防接种门诊应根据服务人口的特点和硬件设施条件,优化接种流程,提高接种环境的舒适性和人性化;利用信息系统和APP软件,分时段预约人员接种;同时进一步加强信息数字化预防接种门诊的建设。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the key influencing factors for service satisfaction of vaccination clinics, so as to provide a reference for the improvement of vaccination service. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 3000 respondents by stratified random sampling method from May to September 2016. And the SEM was built to fit and estimate parameters. Results The fitting degree of SEM was relatively good. The study found that "service after vaccination" had the greatest impact on total satisfaction (0.391), followed by "service in vaccination process" (0.219), "overall environment" (0.185), "service before vaccination" (0.172), and "easy accessibility" had the weakest impact (0.093). Conclusion In the future immunization programmes, it is suggested to combine populational characteristics with hardware facilities, in order to optimize vaccination process, improve the comfort and humanization of vaccination environment. It is also suggested to use information systems and apps, stagger vaccination time and push environment ahead with the building of digital vaccination further.
