摘 要:目的进一步了解长春市地区牧场周围污染的土壤、水中非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)分布情况。方法对6株分离自吉林地区牧场周围污染的水及土壤中的疑似NTM菌株进行基因组提取,并通过PCR方法成功扩增待检NTM菌株16S rDNA基因序列,通过GenBank对6株待检菌16S rDNA基因序列进行blast分析比较鉴定。结果长春市周边牧场环境中的水和土壤各采集300份样品,经过抗酸染色初步鉴,6株菌株为阳性,经过Blast分析发现所测6株待测菌中,新金分枝杆菌3株,耻垢分枝杆菌1株,胞内分枝杆菌1株,浅黄分枝杆菌1株。结论长春市周边牧场环境中非结核分枝杆菌的分离率为2.0%。应对牧场周边进一步加强管理和监督,预防非结核分枝杆菌。Objective To further understand the distribution of non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) in soil and water contaminated of Changchun peripheral ranch. Methods 6 strains of suspected NTM strains isolated from pasture and polluted soil in Jilin area were genetically extracted. The 16S rDNA gene sequences of NTM strain were successfully amplified by PCR. 16S rDNA gene sequences were identified by blast analysis. Results Changchun peripheral ranch collected 300 samples of soil and water environment, after a preliminary guide, acid-fast stain from 6 strains for positive, and Blast analysis showed that 3 strains of mycobaeterium neoaurum, 1 strain of mycobacterium smegmatis, l strain of mycobacterium intracellulare and 1 strain of myeobaeterium gilvum. Conclusion The soil and water of Changchun peripheral ranch environment's separation of mycobacterium tuberculosis rate was 2.0%. We should further strengthen management and supervision of Changehun peripheral ranch to prevent non-tuberculosis mycobacteria.
