2015年北京市朝阳区大学新生结核菌素试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区2015年大学新生结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验结果,为高校结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集北京市朝阳区2015年大学入学新生共计18 520人的PPD试验结果,并采用描述性统计分析方法分析。结果 18 520名新生中,PPD试验阳性率为19.22%(3 559/18 520),强阳性率为4.64%(859/18 520)。男生阳性率为21.79%(1 645/7 550),女生阳性率为17.45%(1 914/10 970)。PPD试验强阳性人员中,男生强阳性率5.47%(413/7 550),女生强阳性率为4.07%(446/10 970)。北京户籍学生阳性率为16.67%(1 311/7 864),非京籍学生阳性率为21.10%(2 248/10 656)。强阳性学生中北京户籍学生阳性率为3.74%(294/7 864),非京籍学生阳性率为5.30%(565/10 656)。结论对大学新生进行结核菌素试验筛查有助于及时发现结核病患者,对大学校园内结核病的控制有积极意义。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the results of purified-protein derivative （PPD） test among freshmen in the university of Chaoyang District in Beijing in 2015, and thus to provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in universities. Methods PDD test results of 18520 freshmen entering universities of Chaoyang District in Beijing in 2015 were collected and analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis method. Results The positive rate and the strong positive rate of PPD test were 19.22% （3559/18520） and 4.64% （859/18520） among 18520 entrants, respectively. The positive rate of male was 21.79% （1645/7550）, and the positive rate of female was 17.45% （1914/10970）. Among the strong positive cases of PPD test, the strong positive rate of male was 5.47% （413/7550）, and the strong positive rate of female was 4.07% （446/10970）. The positive rates of students with Beijing registered residence and non-Beijing registered residence were 16.67% and 21.10%, respectively. The strong positive rates of students with Beijing registered residence and non-Beijing registered residence were 3.74% （294/7864） and 5.30% （565/10656）, respectively. Conclusion Tuberculin screening in freshmen facilitates timely discovery of tuberculosis patients, and shows positive significance for control of tuberculosis in university campuses.
