摘 要:目的了解南宁市外环境标本中禽流感病毒的动态分布情况,为人感染禽流感病毒提供风险评估依据。方法采集环境标本用实时荧光PCR法检测A型流感病毒通用型、H5、H7和H9亚型核酸,监测数据用SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果共采集外环境标本468份,A型流感病毒通用型核酸阳性标本共62份,总阳性率为13.25%;H5、H9、A型未分型和H5+H9检出率分别为4.91%、3.42%、4.27%和0.64%。1月、4月和8月禽流感病毒的阳性率较高。各类监测标本中,砧板表面检出率最高(38.10%),粪便最低(7.32%)。结论南宁市城乡活禽市场外环境中有H5、H9禽流感病毒污染,存在感染人的风险,应继续加强外环境禽流感病毒监测。Objective To understand the dynamic distribution of avian influenza virus in external environmental specimens of Nanning, and to provide risk assessment basis for human infection with avian influenza virus. Methods The environmental specimens of influenza type A, HS, HT, H9 subtypes were collected and detected by Real-time PCR.The monitoring data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results A total of 468 environmental specimens were collected,and 62 of universal influenza type A were positive samples were obtained. The total positive rate was 13.25%. The detection rates of HS, Hg, A and H5+H9 were 4.91%, 3.42%, 4.27% and 0.64% respectively. Avian influenza viruses were active in January, April and August, with the highest detectable rate (38.10%) and lowest fecal matter (7.32%). Conclusion There were H5 and H9 avian influenza virus in the environment of urban and rural live poultry in Nanning, and at risk of infection. So we should strengthen the surveillance of avian influenza virus.
